Here are the various links that you will need to complete all of our online trainings and new hire paperwork, these must all be completed before you can start working.

Background Checks or Work Permits:

  • If you are under 18:
  • If you are over 18:
    • Isolved Pro-screening Background Check, this step will come to you in an email
    • Live Scan -This step requires you to print out a live scan form and take it to Accuprints in Moorpark: 301 Science Dr., Moorpark, CA 93021. You can walk in or call for an appointment at 805.529.5288.

Isolved - https://hrpals.myisolved.com

This is our HR platform and the system that we use to track our payroll. This is where you will find the majority of the paperwork you need to complete.

Items to complete in Isolved:

  • Email for Full Job Application, please add two professional and one personal reference and be sure to include a correct email address. If you do know their email address please reach out and ask them for it. We will be sending out an electronic survey for your references to complete.
  • Email for Job Offer Letter, this needs to be approved.
  • Isolved Onboarding – this sets up your payroll account, on the additional documents page, please be sure to read and acknowledge all of our employee documents in blue on the right side of the page. You cannot submit this until these documents are completed.

 

 

Great Academy Online Training Portal: https://sevymca.greatacademy.efrontlearning.com/ 

  • This is our online trainings platform that houses trainings that every employee must complete.
  • You will be assigned one additional training in Great Academy – Integrated Germ Management. 
  • MMR (measles) and DTAP (whooping cough) Vaccination Records – please upload these into our Great Academy Portal
  • Log In Information:
    • Username: firstnamelastinitial (last initial is capitalized) ex. rogerR
    • Password: Ymca2024! 

 

CPR and First Aid Certifications:

  • We offer classes on:
    • 2nd Saturday of the month at our Simi Valley Family YMCA Location
    • 3rd Saturdayof the month at our Yarrow Family YMCA Location

HEALTH SCREENING AND TB TEST:

We cover the cost of this visit but please go to one of the two locations listed here:

  1. Health Screening Simi Valley:  Med Center, 1980 Sequoia Ave, Simi Valley, CA 93063, 805-583-5555 You should be able to walk in or make an appointment for this location.
  2. Health Screening Thousand Oaks: Thousand Oaks Urget Care (CarbonHealth.com), 620 E. Janss Rd., Thousand Oask, CA 91360 805-495-6866 for this location you must make an appointment in the carbon health app.
