BOOK READING & MEET THE AUTHOR
Come meet Joan Bransfield Graham, an award-winning author and poet. Her books, Splish Splash and Flicker Flash, won SLJ Best Books of the Year and NCTE Notable. The Poem That Will Not End also won several awards.
A book reading will be held for Joan's newest book, titled AWESOME EARTH: Concrete Poems Celebrate Caves, Canyons, and Other Fascinating Landforms.

• The event is free for members only, but registration is required.
The author will be selling books at the event. A portion of book sales will go to the Southeast Ventura County YMCA Annual Campaign.
